You agree that no certificate or item obtained or item sold on this web site is intended to duplicate or resemble that of any items issued by a state or government or any other academic institution. You assume and accept full responsibility for your actions. You understand the possible consequences and liabilities if you choose to misuse a diploma, certificate or other document we issue to you or misrepresent your qualifications, credentials or experience, including to a school, college, university or employer.

We offer a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please submit your refund request by email within thirty (30) days after you receive your Graduation Package. Before we issue your refund, you must, at your expense, return every item in your Graduation Package to us by a traceable shipping method. We will provide you with a shipping address promptly after we receive your request. We will issue your refund within approximately 72 hours after we receive everything. The amount of your refund will be the entire amount you paid minus our shipping expenses. You agree that after the refund your status as a graduate will be terminated from the High School and you will not use nor display any documents, information, or products in any fashion and trash all the documentation awarded to you by the High School and/or its Affiliates. You understand that the programs, courses, diplomas and certificates we offer do not satisfy or lead to the satisfaction of any state or federal high school requirements. The programs, courses diplomas and certificates we offer do not constitute accredited high school courses or replacements for a "traditional" high school diploma. We do not test you for or issue a "GED". Our programs, courses, diplomas and certificates do not give you the right to represent yourself as a graduate of a "traditional" high school program or the holder of an accredited degree. You acknowledge that you are participating in our programs for the sole purpose of self-improvement and personal growth. Contact a military recruiter before registering with Stone Coast Academy to see if you qualify. Only a military recruiter can tell you if you qualify for the military. We recommend checking with the college of your choice before registering with us to make sure that you are eligible for admission into that college. Every college has its own set of admissions requirements and some of them may not accept online programs. Depending on your past performance and academic achievements, you may or may not be accepted to the school of your choice. Having a High School Diploma from any High School including Stone Coast Academy does not guarantee you entrance into a college or university. Employers in all 50 states have accepted a Stone Coast Academy diploma for employment, but keep in mind that having one will not guarantee that you get the job. Job acceptance is at the discretion and choice of the employer. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Stone Coast Academy with respect to the Services contained herein. You further agree that the terms and conditions herein supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous oral and written agreement concerning these Services. You also agree that these terms and conditions are separate from terms or conditions that may apply to other Stone Coast Academy goods or services.You further agree that by agreeing to these terms of service through electronic means, no written signature shall be required by either party.
